**Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Administrator. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day financial operations, from payroll and billing to financial reporting and compliance. This position requires a proactive professional with strong financial knowledge and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process timesheets and submit them through various client portals.
- Generate and distribute payslips, handling payroll-related queries from staff members.
- Process salaries for all staff members.
- Query with clients and staff regarding any discrepancies between time sheets and approved hours.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Ensure financial practices are in full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and billing standards.
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documents and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Provide support during audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a finance or bookkeeping role.
- Experience with UK payroll regulations, UK financial reporting standards and UK VAT and tax laws.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
