If youre driven client centric and ready to take your career to the next level this is itAbout you...As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator you will work well under pressure whilst managing a varied workload endeavouring to be highly organised and focused. We are looking for someone who is proactive and positive to help motivate the team with a high attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills. To really pull it off you need to:Have a passion for financial planning with 3 or more years experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firmHave experience working directly with a client back of HNWI and experience and exposure working on a variety of products e.g. pensions ISAs trusts BondsBe working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable)Be keen to develop with aspirations to one day lead a teamBe a great listen and ask great questionsBuild strong relationships that create trust open dialogue and be able to give and accept feedbackStrive in a busy fast paced environmentBe self-motivated to take ownership of your own learning and developmentHave a desire to want to motivate innovate and encourageWe want someone who enjoys being the hub of the team and who can be relied upon to keep our team ideals upheld.About us...Weve been dubbed the rebels of accountancy.
