We provide financial advice to clients (located UK wide) primarily over the telephone however, we also communicate with clients via Teams/Zoom and face to face. Our in-house team of over 55 fully trained professionals including independent financial advisers, paraplanners, and administrators provide the very best advice and guidance through our secure technology-led service.

**The Role**

The administration team is the engine room of our business and a key department to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. As part of the close-knit new business administration team, you will be responsible for supporting other team members with administration duties plus providing a first-class service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- The first point of call for inbound client queries.
- Processing new letters of authority into the business and sending on to providers
- Dealing with problem/query correspondence
- Preparing client files for advice to ensure we have the required information
- Scanning correspondence received accurately to client files and documenting information securely
- Contacting providers for information (to assist our teams to prepare client files for financial advice)

**What we're looking for**
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
- Having a level of knowledge relating to pensions and assimilating information from complex pension documentation (DC and DB) either within a financial advisory firm background or working for a pension provider. However, this is not essential - a track record of having a ‘growth mindset’ and a great attitude to learn.
- Customer focussed approach.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong team ethic.
- Confident telephone manner.
- A good standard of knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
- Experience for working with Intelligent Office would be advantageous but not essential
