To really pull it off you need to:A passion for financial planning with proven experience working in administration for a Financial Planning firm or a similar Financial Services industryBe working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (desirable)Ability to listen and ask great questionsEffective communication and able to build strong relationships that create trust open dialogue and be able to give and accept feedbackClient-Centric always prioritising the needs and satisfaction of the clientAbility to anticipate client needs and address them without being promptedSolution based outlook to come up with ways to progress and resolve client requestsWork well with internal teams to meet client expectations and build strong internal bondsQuickly adjust to changes in client requirements or internal processesWe want someone who enjoys being the hub of the team and who can be relied upon to keep our team ideals upheld.About us...Weve been dubbed the rebels of accountancy.
