The HR Administrator is an integral role within the HR Team, and you will be working with a supportive and friendly team to deliver an exceptional service to all employees throughout their careers at Gama Aviation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has the desire to build a career within HR and offers great exposure to a busy HR team, supporting all areas within human resources and talent acquisition. The successful individual will have the opportunity for sponsorship to undertake the CIPD Human Resources Level 3 Certificate, in support of their professional development within HR and Talent Acquisition.

**/ About the role**:
The HR Administrator is responsible for all administration associated with the employee lifecycle and will have exposure to a wide range of HR activities including talent acquisition, employee documentation, payroll & benefits and all the bits in-between.
This role will initially support all activities within talent acquisition, to then evolve and absorb generalist HR tasks. The HR Administrator will possess outstanding administrative and communication skills and will be expected to have superb organisational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
**/ Responsibilities**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries or requests related to Talent Acquisition and HR
- Assisting with the uploading of new vacancies to the HRIS for approval and uploading approved roles to the relevant advertising platforms
- Once the offer letter and contract of employment has been raised, sending the offer documentation and new starter forms via the electronic signature system, and uploading completed documentation to the HRIS
- Onboarding/offboarding of employees including checking all signed documents are received and uploaded to the HRIS in accordance with GDPR and the company’s data retention policy
- Liaising with new starters to obtain any outstanding onboarding documentation prior to start date as well as supporting them with any queries
- Sending out a Welcome Gift Box to all new starters prior to joining us
- Executing the referencing process for all new starters including obtaining referee details, sending requests to referees and updating the HRIS of obtained references
- Obtaining and verifying of Right to Work documentation for all new starters, ensuring we have relevant information on file. Updating the HRIS and keeping a track of visa renewal requirements and dates
- Any other HR administration as directed by the HR team
**/ Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:
**Essential**
- Experience providing administrative support within a high paced environment
- A strong interest in Human Resources or Recruitment
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Extremely organised with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact and engage comfortably with people at all levels of the business
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proactive mindset with a keen desire to learn
**Advantageous**
- Desire to undertake the CIPD Human Resources Level 3 Certificate
- Experience providing administrative support within a HR or Recruitment department
