Were looking for a proactive HR Assistant to join our People & Culture team in Farnborough.Youll support day-to-day HR operations acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers while gaining exposure to onboarding payroll and wider HR initiatives.*Smart working including working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.**Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance on HR and personnel matters ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of policies.Draft and issue HR-related correspondence such as contracts letters and compliance documentation.Maintain accurate employee records including starters leavers payroll data work history and disciplinary documentation.Assist with HR services including training travel compliance and administration while supporting wider HR initiatives.Provide HR and payroll administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing.Qualifications : HR experience with knowledge of UK employment law.Strong MS Office skills (Excel Word Outlook).Organised detail-focused and solution-oriented.Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.Payroll experience desirable.Additional Information : Annual salary review & bonus scheme.Pension scheme life insurance private healthcare and dental insuranceSmart working including 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international green tech companyFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
