**The Role ~ Head of PPC**
We are looking for a Head of PPC to lead the delivery and development of our PPC service. This will will involve managing key client accounts, developing our PPC best practice and leading a team of internal & external partners.
The primary focus will be on Search platforms, Google & Microsoft Ads, however there will also be the opportunity to work with other paid ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok & Spotify Ads.
- Manage VIP accounts across our agency client base.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all PPC accounts across our agency client base. This will involve setting strategic objectives on an annual & quarterly basis, as well as defining key tactics for team to implement each month.
- Lead relationships across both our agency client services and senior leadership teams.
- Deliver strategic projects such as audits, market expansion and new business proposals.
- Document key learnings and insights to help shape the development of our best practice.
- Develop the key processes that allow PPC departments to run at optimal efficiency.
- Help build the Partners In Growth brand through social media & in person events.
**Who Are We Looking For**

- Someone that is excited by the prospect of seeing the commercial impact of the results they deliver for their clients and for our agency.
- A Google Ads expert with a genuine passion for the product, its potential to unlock revenue opportunities and the latest industry developments.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- We estimate that 4 years Google Ads experience will be required for the role, however we are attracted to quality of experience rather than quantity.
- Experience and desire to develop approach to leveraging Performance Max essential.
- Confident in building long term relationships with clients.
**Benefits**
- £40,000 - £45,000 salary per year.
- Annual profit share incentive (up to 10% of company profit - discretionary)
