**The Role**:We’re on the hunt for a talented Facebook Ads Media Buyer to join our operations team. You’ll work alongside senior account managers, managing, optimising, and scaling Facebook ad campaigns. Under the mentorship of our Head of Agency, you’ll quickly gain real-world experience, eventually taking ownership of your own client portfolio and advising them on growth strategies.Here’s what you’ll do:

- Manage and optimise Facebook ad campaigns to drive performance.
- Research and test strategies to scale accounts and improve results.
- Work closely with senior media buyers to shape your clients' ad strategies.
- Use data, audience insights, and client feedback to implement successful marketing plans.
- Analyse performance, report on progress, and refine tactics to maximise ROI.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- 3-4 years of experience running Facebook ads is required.
- Experience with campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and driven to grow.
- You love a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other social media marketing tools.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
