**Overview**
We are seeking an E-Commerce Lead to join our dynamic team in London, Manchester or Edinburgh to act as the senior lead within the eCommerce team to help shape and drive the commercial growth of this key vertical.
Utilising hands-on experience, you will provide a broader, overarching client strategic & tactical support role and leadership to the team on key accounts. You will look to identify commercial opportunities both within the existing client base and externally via new business, training and networking opportunities.
You will be comfortable being a visible spokesperson for the agency within industry and dealing with the most senior of client contacts.
You will have the full support of the agency’s executive team, and you will have access to the businesses existing product offering across media, technology and performance creative.
Within this role you will also act as Client Partner Lead for several clients, be expected to contribute to and act as pitch lead on relevant new business and will have senior influence on the conceptualisation of ideas and approaches to specialist client planning projects.
**Duties**
- Support with development and overseeing of a business plan that compliments the agency’s vision for growth and relevancy to clients
- Researching the E-commerce industry and sharing key insights
- Forecasting client investment, margin and new business in accordance with the agency’s growth targets
- Collaboration with the relevant Business Directors to develop and expedite the delivery of relevant products
- Input and strategic support given to Business Directors for the purposes of augmenting or enhancing the agency’s digital media offering
- Networking and/or speaking at relevant industry events
- Providing excellent customer service, building rapport and client relationship
- Negotiating improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible
- Attending and contributing ideas to team and in supplier meetings
- Creation of relevant thought leadership content within your specialist area
- Ad hoc support as and when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
