OA are recruiting for an E-Commerce Lead to join our client’s growing team. Location: Enfield Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday. Office based. Responsibilities Onsite parking Free eye test Manage all daily activity within Amazon Seller Central Carry out detailed product and competitor research Create and refine product listings, including SEO, imagery, descriptions and A content Oversee inventory levels, restock planning and FBA shipments Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Maintain full compliance with Amazon policies and resolve any listing issues Update and manage products, content and collections on the website Improve site conversion rates and overall user experience Support promotional activity, discount codes and marketing campaigns Monitor website analytics and highlight performance trends Ensure smooth order processing and consistent customer communication Spot and implement new opportunities to grow online revenue E-Commerce Lead Skills and Experience Previous experience managing Amazon FBA operations Good understanding of SEO, listing optimisation and PPC activity Confident using tools such as Helium10 and Google Analytics Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities Graphic design or content-creation skills (advantage) Experience launching new products or scaling e-commerce brands (advantage) If you are interested in this position, please apply online with your CV.
