**Opotical Assistant/Call Centre Assistant**

**Location: Cannock**

**Full Time or Part Time (minimum of 3 full days a week) to include weekend working**

**Salary: above age realted national minimum wage PLUS monthly bonus**

**_ This role will be based in the call centre and on the shop floor._**

**_ Previous optical experience is preferred but not essential._**

We’re looking for someone with experience in **customer service** with **strong communication skills**, who is** good with people**, has an **organised approach** & a **willingness to help** - a **friendly and professional approach** is essential. You’ll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store. **Previous call centre or call handling experience is a distinct advantage.**

Joining our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
- Dispensing over the phone
- Triaging patients with eye & health concerns
