We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a **Centre Administrator. **We are an Ofsted Outstanding provider offering a variety of education options to young people.

- compliance system updated and accurate, whilst liaising with external partners, parents, carers and learners.
**Main Duties**
- Support with monthly audits of learner files to ensure documentation is accurate and updated in a timely manner
- Complete daily attendance calls to learners and parents/carers to ensure excellent learner attendance on programme
- Ensure sufficient stationary and centre documentation is available at all times
- Undertake general copying, typing and filing duties
- To comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and assist Nova in the implementation of its own Health and Safety Policy.
- To comply with and actively promote Nova’s Equal Opportunities Policy.
- To undertake any other relevant duties as specified by your line manager, commensurate with the level of this post.
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner, ensuring they are directed / escorted to their correct destination.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner, direct calls to the correct destination, take messages where appropriate and ensure they are delivered without delay.
- To undertake any other relevant duties as specified by your line manager, commensurate with the level of this post.
**Essential Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have the following;
- a minimum of 18 months experience in an administration role
- Minimum level 3 in Business Administration or 5 years’ administration experience.
- Minimum level 2 literacy, numeracy and ICT
- Enhanced DBS disclosure
- Current full UK Drivers Licence (with full access to a vehicle)
**Desirable Skills/Experience**
- Experience using databases and Microsoft TEAMS would be beneficial
- Previous experience working in an education setting would be preferred
