We are looking for an administrator on a full time and permanent basis to work for a company based in Cannock town centre.
The administrator will join a successful team and support senior managers with re-refurbishment's and interior design projects.
If you have experience within construction, building, interior design or an architects we can to hear from you.
The role will include:
Answering calls and meeting and greeting visitors
Scheduling appointments
Collating and maintaining project files
Compiling spreadsheets for planning, landlords and licensing and forwarding to clients
Liaising with landlords and contractorsand dealing with enquiries
Maintaining hours and schedules for contractors
General administration duties
**Experience**:
Must have 2-3 years minimum administration experience
Be proficient in suing Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience of working in construction and dealing with Local Authority Planning would be advantageous
This is an office based role working 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
