**We are a rapidly expanding company looking for an administrative person to work within the Construction environment.**

As part of our administration team, your role would be helping to chase customer selections, purchasing of materials and managing/organising the day-to-day projects, filing and providing customer service.

You will be reporting to the Director and Contracts Manager, to support them in fulfilling their responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.

You will be expected to:

- Work closely with the Director/Contracts Manager to ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently.
- Perform general administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the office.
- Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases.
- Liaise with customers/contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Ensure effective and efficient processing of documents through company systems, working within set time frames.
- Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties, and administrative support within the office, as and when required

What you'll need?

To be successful in the role, we are looking for:

- Experience of working in administration.
- Construction/Trade Counter knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- A good level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English
- Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
- Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities
- Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- Team players who are supportive of colleagues
- Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with customers
- Excellent telephone skills

**Salary**: £15,062.76-£22,740.54 per year
