Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum

Snowflakes Day Nursery and Montessori is a well-resourced, independent Nursery with 4 locations across Northolt, Southall and Norwood Green.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our welcoming team. This position will be based in our Norwood Green branch in Southall, but you will provide occasional support to the other branches.

Responsibilities will include:

- Answering telephone calls.
- Liaising with parents.
- Handling and input of children's data into our Google Drive based system and children's observation app.
- Correcting English and grammar of children's Progress Summaries written by teachers.
- Drafting letters.
- Input of fee payments into the nursery financial system.
- Supporting teachers with admin such as photocopying and laminating etc.
- Liaising with the Northolt and Norwood Green based teams.
- Occasional cover for staffing in children’s rooms.
- Using Excel to create graphs of children’s development tracking.

Skills required:

- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- A good level of spoken and written English and Grammar is required.

You will report directly to the Nursery Manager
