**Full Time - School Administrator/ Support to SLT - Independent Secondary School - West London**

Based in West London, this Popular Independent Secondary School is looking for an experienced Administrator/ Support to the senior leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, articulate and professional individual who can commit on a full
- time basis and is available to start in July on a Maternity contract.This is a **full-time term time only plus 10 days role.**

**The Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced administrator to **start in July. ** You’ll be the school administrator and an essential part of the education and support team.You will be required to work alongside the two Deputy Heads and carry out daily administrativetasks to a high standard. You’ll be required to work with discretion and confidentiality - this is imperative.

Strong admin experience and an appreciation for education are essential. Have good customer service skills, knowledge of the **School Information Management System (SIMS) would be advantageous, **good organisational and communication skills as well as excellent IT skills are essential.

You will need to demonstrate the following:

- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines, manage work load and maintain and build relationships.
- Good team working skills
- Experience of using SIMS would be Advantageous
- Excellent IT Skills
- Fully understand and be aware of safeguarding and child protection in relation to the Children’s Act 2004 and Working Together
