Actual Annual Salary: £30,514 - £33,745 (Based on hours and term time only working weeks)

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £34,740 - £38,419 (CLF Grade E). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday / Term time only + Inset Days plus 5 additional days.

Additional role info: Working Pattern = Monday to Friday

Provisional Start Date: 1 September 2025

About you:
You will be able to demonstrate:

- Knowledge and understanding of current and national issues in relation to safeguarding.
- Proven experience of working with children or young people.
- Able to work with parents, external agencies, and the wider community to take a proactive approach to safeguarding.
- A dynamic nature with innovative ideas and a passion for securing positive outcomes for all students.
- A keen interest in working with children and young people and a commitment to improving the life chances of students.
