Within the Delegated Authority Review team, you will join a growing team of client driven, and technically excellent auditors who are well established within the Lloyd's market.

Our Delegated Authority Review team has a mission to provide the best client services, respond to ever changing regulation and demand, lead the market and grow even further within the Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's market.

As the Delegated Authority Auditor you will be fully supported by a collaborative team environment, with full training, support and a structured career path set around objectives agreed during regular appraisals.

In addition to significant on the job training and internal programmes, you can also progress your career with funded training through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

**Job Purpose**

The role of the Delegated Authority Auditor is to prepare and deliver accurate and timely audits of Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's Coverholders and Delegated Claims Authority providers.

You will be the point of contact for both Coverholders and brokers and will have significant exposure to Lloyd's Managing Agents and Lloyd's of London.

The Delegated Authority Review team works within a hybrid working model, as an Auditor you will have flexibility to split your time between working from home, visiting the London office and working from Coverholder offices where required.

**Job Role**
- Working alongside Senior Delegated Authority Auditor to plan and deliver Coverholder and Delegated Claims Authority audits.
- Ownership of small to medium sized audits from end to end.
- Performance of fieldwork both onsite and remotely as required, this includes occasional travel and opportunities for overseas travel.
- Preparation and delivery of audit reports.
- Assistance on other special assignments including collaboration with Mazars Risk Consulting team.
- Building strong working relationships with the Coverholders and Delegated Claims Authority providers, ensuring any problems or requests are dealt with promptly.
- Supporting the Delegated Authority Co-ordinator with regular and ad hoc tasks around delegated authority management.

**Person **Specification**
- Strong organisational skills are essential for planning and preparing for review work and to ensure the smooth running of the annual audit schedule.
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
- Ideally some recent experience working either in audit or within the insurance market generally.
- Good written and verbal presentation skills required.
- Desire to help grow and develop the team.
- Ability to develop new initiatives and methodologies.
- Ability to express ideas with authority and conviction throughout verbal and written communication.
