We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing company, CrewPass As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media, with a focus on the super yacht industry.

Working alongside a talented Marketing Assistant, you will manage a variety of marketing initiatives, from concept to execution, and provide strategic guidance to help us achieve our goals in the luxury yacht industry. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, and traditional media, with a focus on the super yacht industry
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to create campaign messaging, content, and assets
- Manage and track campaign budgets and ROI
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy
- Assist with event planning and execution for yacht shows and industry events
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the Marketing Assistant

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with experience or knowledge of the super yacht industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including marketing automation, CRM, and social media management platforms
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members

This is an office based position from Southampton as we do not offer hybrid working.
