**Marketing Coordinator**

Inbound marketing has grown us to where we are today and with exciting growth plans on the horizon, we’re looking at taking it up a level with the roll-out of HubSpot - a place we can capture all our ideas and share solutions with our clients.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Manager, Amelia and within a wider team of fifteen, you'll love getting to know our audience and delivering content that's unique and engaging.

**Who are we?**

From how we work to where we work - Sillence Hurn are not your typical building consultancy. Flexible working has been at our core since we were founded in 2019. Set-up by Alex Hurn to challenge and inspire a traditional industry, we have grown fast due to our energised team and innovative approach.

We are a close-knit team and looking to continuously grow but we’re not planning any hierarchies here.

We have dedicated sales, marketing, and client service teams who continue to pack our pipeline with variety. We’d say we’re like a corporate onion but without the layers. And less layers means our team get more hands-on experience and can make as much difference as you want.

**How does the role look?**

**Writing**: produce both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels. We enjoy the conversational style and how good copy can be used to attract, convert, delight, and retain our audience.

**Content Creation**: we have lots of ideas but need help sharing them. Help us create a wide variety of content - video, podcasts, blogs, e-books, whitepapers, press releases, and webinars. Along with any others you come up with

**SEO**: ensure content is optimised for search and in line with the keywords we are targeting.

**Content Marketing**: promote and schedule content across online and offline channels - largely social media.

**Sales Support**: create case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials for the sales team.

**Design and video**: we want to capture our content in the moment with an edge. Design and video editing skills very much welcome.
