As Marketing Co-ordinator, you will have the ability to deliver activities within the marketing plans across various teams and groups of people. You will develop and lead great engaging campaigns and promotional events on time and within budget. As part of a dynamic and growing marketing team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop at pace. You will benefit from the senior, experienced marketeers in the team, who will mentor and help you grow and you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leadership and really make a difference. Every day will bring new tasks and opportunities and no two days will be the same in this fast-paced environment.

**Accountabilities**
- Liaise with various stakeholders to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Manage event operations for a multitude of traditional and digital campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing team with developing new proposals for events, using initiative to come up with own ideas.
- Create and manage content for the website, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Write marketing literature (newsletters, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
- Collaborate with Internal and external customers to gain insight to understand and create the right promotional materials, activities and events to drive sales.
- Closely monitor and analyse data to continually improve and deliver best practice
- Enjoy learning and working as part of a growing team that’s on a mission to do something great

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**

**DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience of organising events, speaker participation and audience engagement
- Understanding of elements of the marketing mix and key marketing communications delivery tactics, both online and offline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong team player, able to get things done and use own initiative
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in different situations, working under pressure whilst remaining calm
- Experience of marketing, ideally for events
- Evidence of excellent project management skills
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge
- Experience using social media platforms
- Photography and video production skills for social media
