Amazon Flex is continuing to build a high paced and lean European team to implement and expand Flex capabilities across key segments of the European business. Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on,and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Sr. Process Improvement Specialist as part of Flex Operations Excellence.
You will be responsible for our pricing strategy to support our EU partners (AMZL and GSF). You will own the model to recommend base pricing reviewing national minimum wage compliance, while working towards continual optimization including integrating externalinputs to ensure market competitiveness. You will tackle large scale projects that impact pricing, including introducing technology for customer tips to be part of grocery deliveries, as well as implementing state of the art technology 'Instant Offers' issuingwork to drivers in close proximity to improve flexibility, cost and customer experience. You will need to stay on top of macroeconomic changes that impact take-home earnings, and work towards recommending tactical and long-term solutions to address. You willwork closely with our automated surge engine to ensure we are price elastic to increase capacity, and able to react to other market factors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ownership of pricing model
- Responsible for ensuring national minimum wage compliance
- Responsible for integrating external factors into pricing strategy
- Own all pricing related implementation projects, including customer tips and 'Instant Offers' technology
- Work closely with automated surge engine to provide flexible capacity, and bridge to market factors such as weather, etc.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Experience with planning, creating standard work, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Very strong analytical capabilities
- The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Business Analytics and SQL / Alchemy / Tableau dashboard knowledge

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience leading process improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- Enjoys analytical work and using data to provide thought-provoking and workable solutions
- Knowledge of Python/R
