This role falls under our hybrid policy, meaning that work time can be balanced between our Head Office in Peterborough and a home location. There will be some national travel, and global travel to our Danish Headquarters as required. About the role

Reporting to the Vice President for Marketing this role is a critical member of our Marketing Leadership Team. The role is responsible for setting the continence care strategy and ensure execution of the tactics across all channels and customer segments, by effectively collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Leading, developing and driving results from the UK Continence Care market through your team and the wider business
Responsibility for portfolio revenue and market share delivery across through our field, clinical services and direct to consumer teams
Developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Continence in the UK through a multi-channel approach to unlock growth and market value
Overseeing new product launches and the development of marketing campaigns including promotion, pricing, and product improvement initiatives of the existing portfolio that fit the UK markets
Driving medical and consumer education in line with the business strategies
Leading teams to develop and manage strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations
Improving profitability by increasing marketing effectiveness and ROI through all channels
Being an expert in the UK CC market and competitive environment
Being a positive contributor and member of the Marketing Leadership team
Building strong partnerships with all local departments
Representing the UK in the Global Business forums build strong positive relationships with global colleagues

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a Med Tech or the pharmaceuticals industry. You will have solid marketing experience and ideally have some experience working within a customer facing or sales role. In addition to this, understanding the UK health systems is very important. You will have a full UK Driving Licence.

You will be someone that respects processes and structure but can also move at a fast pace and make quick decisions. You will be confident in dealing with ambiguity and be transparent in your communication style. Other key competencies required to be successful are:
Leading commercially, with an ability to make decisions in situations of ambiguity based on how the UKI business is run and factors that drive performance
Track record of leveraging data and insights to inform impactful decision making, thinking critically, reviewing and translating data and measuring performance
Ability to lead strategically, creating and delivering strategies that deliver the global and local strategy
Confidence to build engaging stakeholder relationships, influence others and working collaboratively
Ability to builds strong relationships through listening, talking, and engaging with others
