This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and implement growth strategies across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with the firm’s ambitious revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and communicate a clear business growth strategy in collaboration with department heads.Identify key target clients and growth prospects across various departments.Enhance external market awareness and articulate the firm’s value proposition effectively.Equip lawyers with the necessary tools and knowledge to act as business development ambassadors.Collaborate with partners and department heads to set and achieve annual revenue targets.Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with realistic, data-informed marketing and business development strategies.Maintain strategic oversight of client and prospect relationships, supporting pitches and presentations.Proven experience in a professional services environment, with a strong background in marketing and business development.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Solid knowledge of core marketing disciplines relevant to a medium-sized organization.Experience in leading teams and enabling sales through others.Legal sector experience is advantageous but not essential.What We Offer:30 days annual leave + all UK Bank HolidaysPrivate healthcare options via Bupa – employee cover paid forEnhanced pension – 5% matched contributionAdditional day for your birthday each yearGroup Life Assurance – 4 x your annual salaryAbility to buy additional holiday – up to 3 days per yearEnhanced maternity payElectric Vehicle scheme via salary sacrificeReady to lead and innovate within a top-tier firm?
