First Option Healthcare are looking to hire a Receptionist Administration Assistant to assist our Clinical administration team in our Croydon Head office, ideally an immediate start. Office based Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5:30pm

**Experience and requirements for this Receptionist and Clinical Admin assistant role**:

- Receptionist experience, excellent telephone manner
- High level of IT proficiency
- Ideally experience of healthcare admin
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Previous administration experience
- Live locally to our East Croydon based head office
- Smart and presentable for reception duties

As one of the UK’s leading providers of Complex Healthcare packages in the community/home-based settings this is a vital function to ensure we are working towards and within regulatory guidance.

You will be working with our clinical admin team to support our field clinical team.

**Duties for this Receptionist and Clinical Admin assistant role will include**:

- Reception duties, manning front of house reception
- Data collation, filing of paper and electronic files
- Ensure standards of administration collation and storage are being managed correctly and in line with our regulatory standards
- Use of Microsoft packages to consolidate information about our business.
