**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Administrator to join our team at RE:GEN Group. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

**DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet and greet visitors, answer calls and direct to members of staff.
- Organise meetings.
- Diary management of meeting rooms.
- Order stationery and PPE as required.
- Maintain site communication information.
- Admin support i.e. bulk printing, scanning.
- Assist with office management.
- Sorting and managing office deliveries.
- Commercial administrative support.
- Process outgoing post.
- Manage telephone directory.
- General office cleanliness, i.e. loading dishwashers.
- Business travel to local shops for post/office supplies.
- Booking hotels and transport when required.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Methodical, organised and flexible
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Good problem solving
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office inc. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Good communicator
- Good Telephone manner
- Valid driving licence with own vehicle
