This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing in-house recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant supporting the delivery of recruitment campaigns across our rapidly evolving business.

Redde Northgate is home to c.5,500 colleagues and brings together a great mix of market-leading operating companies to become the UK’s foremost integrated mobility solutions provider.It is an exciting time for us as we continue to strengthen and enhanceour Talent Acquisition function in our group wide shared service model.As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you share the responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of recruitment campaigns for hiring managers across our businesses.

**What does a Talent Acquisition Assistant need to be successful?**
- _Enthusiasm_ You are the voice and face of our business for potential employees, so we are relying on you to make a positive first impression.
- _Confidence when communicating. _Realistically, it is a must that you can show us you have been successful in building up relationships over the phone by asking the right questions.
- _You are in control of your work._ You are an exceptional administrator; organised and able to manage competing workloads effectively (a working knowledge of MS Excel is useful too).
- _You can see the bigger picture. _Our strong team ethic has been an important part of our success, so you can’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves up and get in involved.
- _Finally,_ while it would be great if you have some experience in a resourcing or recruitment role already, this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first steps into the world of recruitment too.
