With a mixture of home/office working, this is an exciting role where you can really make your mark and support the growth of the business by generating a strong pipeline of care assistants in your region.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment and onboarding cycle for care staff at both our Darlington and Knaresborough branches.

This will include managing the advertising process, interviewing applicants, completing pre-employment checks, issuing offer documentation, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is compliant with legal requirements.

A driving license and access to your own vehicle is required as you'll be attending careers fairs, and job events to actively promote the sector, and careers in social care.

About you
- An experienced administrator/recruitment background, with great IT skills
- Great communication skills
- Able to prioritise your own workload
- Working to a high degree of accuracy

**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
