**Senior Recruitment Consultant**
- Basic Salary: Up to £30,500 (dependent on experience)
- First Year Earnings: £34,000 to £36,000
- Benefits: Company car scheme or £400 per month car allowance

**Experienced Recruitment Consultant**
- Basic Salary: £26,000 to £28,500
- First Year Earnings: £28,000 to £31,500

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visiting clients (new and existing) to understand their needs
- Identifying and selecting temporary workers matching client needs
- Providing high-quality services aligned with company values
- Working towards realistic sales targets

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
