As our **Cash Administration Team Leader,**you will ensure the security and profitability of BFS through efficient, accurate and effective processing of invoices and credit notes, cash and refunds by managing and motivating the team, actingas an escalation point for the team on technical and complex queries. You will implement and maintain excellent standards of customer service internally and externally, supporting the Head of Cash Administration in ensuring the smooth running of the data processingteam.

**Your responsibilities as our Cash Administration Team Leader will include**:

- Ensuring that all securitisation timings/requirements are adhered to
- Building the CA team through recruitment and succession planning
- Ensuring the team input and allocate cash, refunds, new debtors, invoices and credit notes in line with agreed service levels
- Undertaking the daily distribution of workload to ensure the smooth running of the HUB
- Being a point of contact for queries/complaints from the offices you support
- Ensuring that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels
- Ensuring that daily balancing is completed, balanced and sent to Finance within agreed timescales
- Supporting the CA team with the repatriation of cash following agreed timescales, processes and service levels
- Ensuring all suspense queries from Finance are dealt with within agreed timescales
- Maintaining a consistent approach to CA management including 1-2-1’s, annual and half-year reviews, coaching and objective setting, support of each individual’s PDP and conduct and capability issues
- Ensuring all Service Level Agreements and Key Process Controls are adhered to by the team

**What we are looking for in our ideal Cash Administration Team Leader**:

- Experience in working in an office environment in a role which required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes
- Experience of regular client and internal team interactiondemonstrating excellent customer service
- Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
- Experience in managing the workload of a medium or large-sized team (5-15 individuals)
