Are you ready to lead with purpose, drive operational excellence, and inspire a high-performing team? We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our growing network and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.-As part of our Regional Operations function, you’ll report to the Operations Manager and take ownership of day-to-day activities across our UK sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact — championing safety, continuous improvement, and inclusion while developing a motivated and engaged team.-** Saturday working in AM once in 3/4 weeks.**-** What You Will Be Doing**-In this role, you’ll lead and develop a regional operations team to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and performance. You’ll collaborate across commercial and logistics functions to meet business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery to our customers.-Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and psychological safety.
- Using KPIs and data to drive performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, local depots, and internal stakeholders.
- Managing stock, grading, and pricing to optimise turnover and control costs.- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a skilled, engaged, and diverse team.

- Experience in manufacturing, production, or material processing.
- A strong commitment to safety, wellbeing, and operational excellence.
- The ability to read and interpret data, charts, and performance metrics.
- Proven experience mentoring and supporting team members.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and continuous improvement.
- Financial awareness and confidence making decisions under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
