As part of an integrated care at home service this role will coordinate, supervise, develop and promote a range of Care at Home Services within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership. In order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan.

These are full time permanent posts based within the Care at home team.

The workstyle for this post is ‘Flexible’ - **50-79% **of time is office based. Able to work at different/ multiple work locations. Occasionally works at home, or another location 1-2 days per week, or directly home to external appointments.

There are 2 posts available and the admin base for these posts will be 1 at the Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock and the other at Rothesay House, Cumnock.
