**Facades National Sales Manager** (no people management)
Area: National (but a lot of work will be in and around London)
**Is the role right for you?**
You will be selling the company's full range of facade and cladding products for use in commercial and residential specified projects.
Being involved throughout the process, winning the specification and managing the project through to completion - ensuring specifications are maintained and breaking competitor specifications at any opportunity.
The role will be focused on major cities, with London forming the majority of your work. While there is no direct management, there is a full team across the UK which are managed regionally and will come to you as the Subject Matter Expert on Facades and Cladding.Any large projects would be deferred to you.
**Are you right for the role?**
You should be a field sales person with 3-5 years+ Facades experience; no need to be overly technical but still with enough gravitas and confidence on facades.
Experience of selling Facades and Cladding via Specification to Architects, Designers, Developers, Contractors or the like is essential.
They are looking for a driven, tenacious, enthusiastic, honest and reliable person who can have a positive impact.
You must be able to sell on quality, service and product specifications; not price.
You should prioritise customer care, and always try to do the best for the customer.
You should be a sales figures and goals driven sales person who can work to targets and have ideally worked to KPIs before.
A good level of IT skills is required, with MS Office and ideally some CRM system experience.
You will have strong admin skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills.
**How about the package?**
Basic salary £55-65,000; OTE £70,000-85,000, uncapped
