**The Role - Area Sales Manager**:

- Promoting a range of decorative cladding and external façades
- Non-combustible large format panels in a range of shades and textures, with a 10 year warranty
- Tracking and winning high-rise residential refurbishment projects with main contractors, cladding contractors, housing associations and installers
- Whilst working alongside a specification team and a small network of specialist cladding distributors

**The Successful Applicant**:

- A field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to solution sales
- Applicants with cladding and building envelope experience will be readily received
- First class presentation & communication skills are essential
