The Holiday Inn Brentford Lock nestled overlooking the scenic waterways of the Grand Union Canal. This four-star hotel is located in west London and has been created for comfort and style and offers a warm and welcoming service to all guests. The hotel has 6 modern meeting rooms and 134 en-suite bedrooms; it is the first in Europe to have a revolutionary open lobby concept. With good transports link, the hotel can be easily accessed by public transport. Brentford train station is about 10 minutes' walk to the hotel. The F&B Team member role is a key member of the hotel team, often as the first and last point of contact for all our hotel guests. You will be totally guest focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

**Role in our Family**:
Your role will be to deliver fantastic service to all the guests in the food and beverage department. You will be required to work a variety of shifts and undertake tasks for prepare the department for service.
Serve all guests by providing the Holiday Inn Brand Service exerience and display the appropriate servcie behaviours.
Ensure that you follow all hotel policies and proceduers in terms of Fire safety and general health and safety. Cash handling, data security and PCI compliance.
Ensure you are fully compliant with food handling regulations and company HACCP rules.
