As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll join a small, dynamic team promoting some exciting new products and services within this growing business to help to further build on their strong position in the TV metadata market.

You’ll have personal targets around sales performance and will be expected to contribute to the delivery of the overall yearly budget target, but you will also manage customer queries and provide sales admin support using Salesforce, our CRM system

What you’ll be doing.
- Managing the existing customer portfolio acting as the first point of contact for all queries and action accordingly
- Managing and developing customer relationships to achieve sales targets
- Providing customers with quotations, utilising rate cards and following up to close a sale
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity within the company’s CRM system
- Developing detailed product knowledge to make thorough and accurate presentations to customers looking to purchase our products and services
- Preparing and analysing sales pipeline reports and dashboards
- Gathering marketing and customer information
- Working with the Commercial team to identify gaps in the customer base, target competitor businesses and develop leads
- Working with key business stakeholders to identify sales potential across the current customer base and the wider industry

**What you will you need.**

To be considered for this role you’ll ideally have previous sales administration experience or something similar, and the desire to develop a career in sales.

You’ll naturally be self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive, capable of demonstrating previous successes. You’ll be comfortable in a client-facing role and will naturally have exceptional relationship-building skills as well as being target and results-driven.

The role will be based on either our own purpose-built office in the heart of the picturesque East Yorkshire market town of Howden or our brand-new offices in The Spirella Building - a vibrant Letchworth-based business centre set in prestigious surroundings, with scope to work from home or our Paddington-based headquarters in London.

You’ll join an ambitious team who have extensive knowledge of the TV industry worldwide and will work with prestigious broadcasters including ITV, Discovery, BT Sport, UKTV and BBC Studios.
