Helping our customers to deliver sustainable, optimised water dispense solutions To help us to continue to lead the way, and drive business forward, we now seek an experienced Key Account Specification Manager to join our progressive and dedicated Key Account Team **About You** This is a unique role within our business requiring an exceptionally talented individual who has a solid background in building specification management and consulting The primary purpose of the position is to identify and obtain new business opportunities in large accounts (30+ systems) and to manage the successful specification delivery from build inception to install completion. This is a remote based role, that would suit a dynamic, and driven Key Account Manager who is 100% dedicated to building a client portfolio across a territory located South of the River and into London The territory for this role is bursting with opportunity, and is home to some of the biggest fit-out companies in the UK. As you will be liaising with Architects and Fit Out Contractors on a daily basis. We seek someone who has a high level of experience in working at a top tier level within the specifier, construction, design and build sector. Someone who is able to demonstratetheir knowledge and experience in specification management and consulting Qualifications in REBA would be highly beneficial and it is essential you have a proven track record in sales and business development It goes without saying that you will possess excellent communication, presentation, networking, negotiation and influencing skills, and that you are truly driven by success as this role has the scope to allow you to make a big personal impact within theBRITAVIVREAU business. **About us.** BRITAVIVREAU are an award winning, "Investor in People" business.
