Export Sales Coordinator

A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Export Sales Coordinator at a leading UK company trading rally and race car parts and accessories based in Whitstable, Kent.

Responsibilities:

- Dealing with Export customers, processing orders, invoicing, planning and scheduling
- Ensure all export documentation is accurate and complete
- Update customers on order/delivery schedules
- Liaise with couriers/hauliers
- Provide support to the office team
- Provide support to the warehouse team - some heavy lifting will be required

Skills required:

- Knowledge of Exporting and post-Brexit customs processes
- Experience of Sage preferable
- Administrative experience
- Attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar and numeracy skills

This is an office-based position of 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Annual holiday allowance of 20 days plus bank holidays
