**Salary up to £60,000 per annum dependant on experience**

T2M Resourcing are delighted to be recruiting this newly created Head of People vacancy on an exclusive basis for a long established and highly successful multi-site manufacturing group. This 'No.1’ HR role will support the leadership team with all aspectsof HR strategy and operational delivery across the Head Office and manufacturing facilities. The company is at an exciting time of growth and transformation and as such this role is a key appointment. Leading a small team your remit will include the following:

- Ensuring that all areas of the business are supported with high quality and compliant HR services, policies and procedures, whilst driving strategy and projects
- Responsibility for overseeing recruitment, onboarding and development and succession planning
- Managing the employee appraisal system and supporting line managers as required
- Assessing training needs, utilising internal and external resources to educate, upskill and motivate employees
- Overseeing, and where appropriate, lead all ER matters including disciplinary procedures ensuring alignment to best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Managing effective time, attendance and absence management systems and procedures
- Be the 'go to’ person for internal and external stakeholders and advisors
- A qualified (minimum CIPD level 5) HR generalist with a proven track record of leading an HR function within a multi-site manufacturing business with at least 150 employees
- A pro-active leader who is confident, articulate and influential with a pragmatic 'can do’ approach
- Great employee and stakeholder engagement and communication skills - highly professional and composed when under pressure
- Fully up to date with HR legislation and passionate about delivering a 'best in class’ HR service at a strategic and operational level
- Proven team management and development experience within HR and payroll
- Great resource planning and recruitment skills - able to attract, onboard and track the development of high potential and skilled employees
- Agile and flexible - happy to be 'in the business’ and visible on a full-time basis across two midlands locations
