This Scientific Software organisation has incredible funding, a culture like no other, and after doubling headcount over the past 12 months, they have zero plans to slow down.

Their next focus of growth is their People team and are looking for a People Advisor to join them on an initial 12-month period, to start in January, early February.

Currently working in a HR Coordinator role, you will also bring:

- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle
- A level 5 CIPD qualification, or relevant experience
- A background in managing HR Systems (ideally Bob)
- Passion for all things ‘People’, be friendly and approachable, and great at building relationships

So, what does the role entail?
- Support the TA Manager with coordinating interviews and manage the smooth onboarding process
- Provide general advice and guidance to across the business
- Take lead of the HR System, ensuring all the information is up to date and championing new projects, including an opening of a new facility
- Work closely with People Managers, ensuring all training and development is up to date and 1:1’s are completed

- Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
