We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Business Finance Team as a Finance Business Partner.

The post holder will be a key point of contact for our Property Services directorate, advising managers on business expenditure and ensuring that budgets are appropriately planned for and spent.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing systems to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting, assisting budget holders with the monthly forecasting process including the performance of variance analysis. You will work proactively and flexibly as a member of the wider team supporting others and responding to the needs of the business as required.

This role is being offered on a
**full time**,
**permanent basis**, and a flexible hybrid working style is an option.

To be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner, you will:

- Be able to organise and prioritise and communicate confidently and clearly. You will also have the ability to present financial information clearly and and concisely to non-financial people.
- Possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure, prioritising effectively, and delivering to tight deadlines with a good attention to detail.
- Be able to challenge convention in the way we work to continually improved our business.
- Have the ability to reflect on own performance for personal development.
- Be AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Show evidence of continuing professional development.
