**About the role**
- Gain valuable knowledge and experience of
- how we develop the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) concepts for our future wind farms - covering strategic, technical, environmental, societal, and commercial factors
- how emerging technologies and methodologies in O&M are evaluated for potential opportunities in future wind farms
- our operations sites by visiting them and going offshore after basic training, giving you a first-hand view of the impact of the team’s work and a useful insight in the day to day of O&M in offshore wind
- Actively support the team e.g. with
- taking the lead of your own project related to a specific O&M concept on a developing wind farm or an emerging technology

**Job requirements and experience
- You’re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Mechanical, Civil Electrical Engineering, alternatively another relevant science or engineering discipline
- Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
- Looking at your current performance overview you are on track to graduate with a 2.1 or higher
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills
- You´re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
- Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
- You´re open to travel to other sites if needed and travel expenses will be covered by us

**Advantageous but not essential**
- Your degree course is related to renewable energy
