About The Role
Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
working within the Document Management function for Offshore projects
- the influence on project budget, time and quality requirements
ensuring traceability for all documentation during all phases of the project, including handover and operations
Assist the team e.g. with:
processing, quality checking, tracking and reporting for Offshore project documentation
- the provision and receipt of data and communications to/from contractors
- the reporting of progress to project managers
Job Requirements And Experience
- You´re an enrolled student in a business or IT-related degree. We count on your attention to details, your willingness to understand document management principles and relationship building
- Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills
- You´re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
- Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
- You´re open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us
- Motivation is crucial. Your cover letter will tell us why you´re a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans
