Join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding e-commerce team as a Category Assistant, where you'll manage and optimise a range of products, including soundbars, radios, and other audio and visual items, across multiple international marketplaces such as the US, DE, and UK. This role is diverse and dynamic, offering a variety of responsibilities, from launching new products to driving ongoing performance improvements, ensuring our products achieve maximum visibility and profitability on each platform.

You will be responsible for everything from market and competitor research to advertising and content management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on diversity, enjoys taking on different challenges daily, and is passionate about driving growth in a competitive, global market.

Main Responsibilities:

- **Product Management**: Take full ownership of products, including soundbars, radios, and other audio and visual items, across multiple marketplaces (US, DE, UK, etc.), ensuring optimal product setup, listing optimisation, and performance tracking.
- **Product Launches**: Lead the launch process for new products in various markets, coordinating efforts to ensure consistent and successful rollouts across all platforms.
- **Market & Competitor Research**: Conduct detailed research across different regions to monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that drive strategy and execution.
- **Advertising & PPC Management**: Develop, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns tailored to the specific needs of each marketplace, driving sales and enhancing product visibility.
- **Content & Asset Management**: Work with teams to manage and optimise product content across different markets, ensuring consistency and alignment with branding and performance goals.
- **Inventory & Sales Management**: Collaborate with the commercial team to manage stock levels and forecast sales across all marketplaces, ensuring efficient inventory management and avoiding stockouts.
- **Promotion & Pricing Strategies**: Implement and manage region-specific pricing strategies, promotions, and deals throughout the product lifecycle to maximise profitability in each market.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Regularly report on key performance metrics across different marketplaces, using data to make informed decisions and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Key Skills/ Competencies:

- **Interest in E-commerce**: A strong interest in e-commerce, with some experience in selling products online through platforms like eBay, Amazon, or similar.
- **Versatile & Adaptable**: Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and projects across different markets, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- **Passion for Brands**: Strong interest in audio and visual products, with the ability to understand and communicate their value within a global context.
- **Analytical Mindset**:An interest in using data to drive decisions and track performance across various marketplaces.
- **Good Excel Skills**: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing product information across multiple regions.
- **Communication & Teamwork**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and partners across different markets.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of product management across regions.
- **Proactive & Driven**: Self-motivated with a competitive edge, eager to take initiative and learn in a global, multi-market environment.

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
