Protocol Education are seeking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 3 to 4 students.

As well as building positive relationships and supporting vulnerable students you will be identifying barriers to learning whilst delivering and planning programmes of support.

This Graduate Teaching Assistant post will give you excellent paid experience so that by the end of the academic year, should you wish to do so, you will be ready to embark upon a teacher-training qualification.

**Requirements as a Graduate Teaching Assistant**:

- Minimum of 2:2 degree
- Strong literacy and numeracy abilities
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to identify and manage appropriate sanctions and rewards
- Ability to set targets to improve learning outcomes
