Protocol Education are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for long-term work in primary schools in the Borough of Waltham Forest. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of classroom environments across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you have the flexibility to choose where you work. We take your preferences into consideration. This is a fantastic opportunity to help you positively develop and enhance your skills as Teaching Assistant. Pay starts from £90 per day.The successful candidate will be required to: Have a UK undergraduate degreeHave experience working with young childrenBe available for work 5 days per weekAssess the individual learning needs of pupilsPositively manage challenging behaviourLiaise with parents, carers and other professionals who work with the childrenSupervise activitiesWork with teachers to find bespoke and individualised child centred education to help engage the childrenWork with children in small groups and on a one to one basis In return Protocol will offer you:× Ongoing CPD× Competitive rates of weekly pay× Professional support from our team of experienced consultants× Social nights out with the rest of Protocol staff× A wide variety of positions, both day to day and long-term× £50 Referral Bonus for each teacher or teaching assistant you refer to us*All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
