**Job Title**: Community Pharmacy Content Creator and Site Manager

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.15

As a Community Pharmacy Content Creator and Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our online training platform. Your expertise will be crucial in creating engaging content and ensuring smooth operation of our site, supporting our mission to prepare pharmacy teams for the evolving landscape of community healthcare.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop comprehensive, engaging content for our training platform, including articles, guides, and multimedia resources.
- **Site Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operation of our online training platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- **Content Strategy**: Plan and implement a content strategy that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Regularly review and update content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- **User Experience**: Optimise site navigation and content organisation to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- **Research and Development**: Stay informed about the latest trends in pharmacy practice and education to ensure content relevance.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work with industry experts, educational institutions, and professional bodies to enrich our training content.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Utilise data analytics to assess content performance and user engagement, reporting on key metrics.
- **Content Handover**: Prepare and organise finalised content for seamless transfer to the interactive development team.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Implement user feedback to refine and enhance both content and site functionality.
