**About The Opportunity**: We now have exciting opportunities for Transformation Leads to join our Retail Transformation Program on a secondment basis. Reporting into Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for delivering retail transformation initiatives across the estate.

You will deliver initiatives on schedule as part of the longer term roadmap and retail strategy.

Through effective communication you will ensure that the pharmacy teams understand the need for change due to current pressures and in advance of changes to the future pharmacy model.

Providing support, training and coaching is a large part of this role as well as monitoring, tracking and reporting on the performance as and when required.

**Who We Want**:You will have previous experience of working within a community pharmacy setting as well as experience of delivering new customer propositions through effective communication and training.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum of NVQ2 Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Understanding of GPHC standards and an in depth knowledge of pharmacy processes.
- Highly developed communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Motivated to continuously improve and achieve excellence.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
- Efficient time management skills.
- Realises goals through effective use of time management.

You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday

There will also be regular travel required and occasional overnight stays
