We currently have the opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruitment & Welfare Coordinator to join our growing business.

Right at Home Cheshire East is an Award Winning Provider of Care in the Local community. We are looking for a tenacious and motivated individual to join our team to recruit and grow our Caregiver team.

You will join a high performing team with a focus on employee well-being and making a difference in the local community.

Your core objectives are;
- All content kept up to date - job ads, web pages, template messages
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews
- Conduct recruitment checks - references etc
- Work with the Registered Manager responsively to ensure business recruitment needs are met
- Highly organised individual and ability to use own initiative
- Willingness to train new Cares (comprehensive certified training will be provided)
- A Driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Good level of IT skills

Must have;
- Ability to build relationships with others along with a professional appearance
- Great telephone manner
- An enthusiastic, “go getter” mentality
- Excellent organisational skills

Nice to have;
- Recruitment or Employee on-boarding background
- Experience of Health and Social Care
- Knowledge of local area
- Previous recruitment or sales experience
- Content writing skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
