**Overview**
**HELPDESK COORDINATOR - STOCKPORT - PERMANENT**
Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their expanding team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Working to KPI's
- Supporting clients and contractors with queries, acting as the first point of contact
- Inputting new jobs onto the in-house system
- Responding to phone calls and ensuring jobs are completed in the desired time frame
- Chasing contractors for updates.
- Arranging for quotes and processing invoices for completed jobs.
